Kunkle Property Inspections (KPI), Inc was formed in 2002 to provide a higher level of professional inspection services to greater Jacksonville and surrounding areas. During the past 5 years we have become a leader in providing comprehensive and specialized inspection analysis and increased range of services.

Today, are services have grown to include the use of advanced tecnology and building science perspectives. With our knowledge and experience in the science of thermal analysis, energy inspections, ratings, auditing, and design/build construction consultation, we offer a balanced (and complete) building inspection service.
KPI now offers Class 3 and Class 2 energy ratings. 12/18/2006
